I need spring!

Since my last post I feel like I haven't stopped. Things have been busy, and all out of wack at the same time. The weather has  been so horrible. It's just snow storm after snow storm. This winter is really lame. I have the winter blues for sure. I want srping so, so bad. Being able to get outside and walk and jog, and get fresh air is so important when you are trying to lose weight! Anyway, canceled school days, and work made this past week so boring at times, however, work has been a little stressful than usually, but that will calm down soon.

When it comes to my weight-loss I really only worked out twice since my last post. Atleast it was something! I have been feeling great though. I have been trying some new recipes and adding some more yummy foods to my diet. I haven't been weighing myself like a maniac either. You have no idea what a relief that has been. It really affected me more than I realized. Not stressing about the number every second is just wonderful :).

 I did some shopping today and went down another size!!! That is... 5 sizes dropped. It's a truely great feeling!  My one year is in less then 2 weeks!!!! I cannot beleive it! What an almost year it has been.

I will post some recipes and some journals this week!
